RETURN, REFUND, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • All seals, tags, and shrink wrap must be intact

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products purchased under BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers
  • Bulk orders (more than 5 units in a single order)
  • Products returned due to personal preferences (e.g., dislike of product/theme)
  • Orders purchased through third-party platforms (their policies will apply)

Return Shipping Charges

  • A ₹50 reverse shipping fee will be applicable for returns due to personal reasons
  • Alternatively, customers may self-ship the product at their own expense

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Upon verification:

  • We will arrange a return pickup
  • No reverse shipping charges will be applied

2. Return Process

    • Reason for return

  3. Upon approval:
    • Pickup will be arranged or
    • You may self-ship the product
  4. Once received, the product will undergo a quality check

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds will be initiated once cancellation is confirmed
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

4. Replacement Policy
