1. Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

- All seals, tags, and shrink wrap must be intact
Non-Returnable Cases
- Products purchased under BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers
- Bulk orders (more than 5 units in a single order)
- Products returned due to personal preferences (e.g., dislike of product/theme)
- Orders purchased through third-party platforms (their policies will apply)
Return Shipping Charges
- A ₹50 reverse shipping fee will be applicable for returns due to personal reasons
- Alternatively, customers may self-ship the product at their own expense
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Upon verification:
- We will arrange a return pickup
- No reverse shipping charges will be applied
